# Submitting Your Georgia COAM Location License

To submit your application for a Georgia Skill Gaming Machine Location License, go to [www.GACOAM.com](http://www.gacoam.com/) to create your account and submit your application. Bulldog Gaming is happy to help you submit your application.

Items Needed Include:

- Federal employer identification number
- State taxpayer identification number
- Alcohol license (if applicable – not required)
- Georgia Lottery retailer number (if applicable – not required)
- Valid driver’s license and Social Security number (to verify lawful presence in the U.S.)
- Payment for license fee
- Bulldog Gaming Master License Number: 00015225

Once your application has been submitted and before the Georgia Lottery can approve your Location License, the Location Owner is subject to the following:

- Criminal background check
- Credit check
- Secretary of State verification and review
- Proof of tax compliance

Location may be subject to a site inspection conducted by the Georgia Lottery to ensure compliance with all COAM regulations.
